I found this Indiana Jones sequel to be good in comparison to previous ones that had far more complicated storylines and were sometimes hard to follow.  Harrison Ford's character, Indiana Jones, still has charisma at his age on the big screen.  Cate Blanchett is a standout in this film with her precise movements and voice dialect delivering an outstanding performance.  Another strong performer was Shia LaBeouf who reveals his acting talents and shows us his leading man potential for future projects.  Some of the backgrounds used looked extremely cheesy but this movie was enjoyable and easy to follow.

I saw it Friday with my kids, who are 7, 9, and 11. For them, this was their first real experience with Indiana Jones; they had seen bits and pieces -- and Lego versions -- of the original trilogy, but never an entire movie. I warned them that every Indiana Jones movie has gruesome deaths, so they were well-prepared.
