We met with Dr. Colon today at his office on Windhaven. He has been taking excellent care of my mother-in-law in a rehab hospital for her back, knee, and hip issues over the last several weeks. He is a very compassionate, attentive, and hands-on doctor that truly serves you to the best of his ability and truly cares about his patients, not just the bottom line. He has a wealth of knowledge to offer you and explains everything so that you'll have a clear and complete understanding. He exhibits patience with you when asking numerous questions and is not trying to escape your concerns and dart out of the office with a 5 minute visit.
He graduated medical school from Ponce in Puerto Rico and did his residency in his specialty field from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Association of Academic Physiatrists, Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation, and the North American Spine Society.
I highly recommend Dr. Omar A. Colon for all your physical medicine and rehabilitation needs.

Dr. Colon may have been attentive to you and your mother.
I have had an experience with how he treats his patients. He solicits them to be his patient in a rehab hospital and then when they go there, he doesn't have time to see you or talk to you. He is inconsiderate and just after money trying to bill patient from hospital to hospital.
And they way he acts makes you wonder if he is on cocaine.
